We are always looking for safe, experienced independent contract drivers to join Team DriveAway. We contract Class A and Class B CDL drivers with 1–2 years of verifiable over-the-road (OTR) driving experience, as well as Non-CDL drivers with at least one (1) year of verifiable OTR professional driving experience with a DriveAway company, to be part of one of the industry’s leading DriveAway companies. As part of our team, you have the freedom to choose the loads you want from our load boards. Team DriveAway operates on a no-force dispatch system, giving you flexibility and control over your schedule.

PRE-PAY ON LOADS

We make managing your expenses on the road easier with up to 65% of load payout advancement once you have met your required escrow amount. We also offer same-day pay! Pay can be placed on your company issued Comdata Card, or you can choose to be paid through Direct Deposit.

TAKE LOADS OFF YOUR MIND

Spend more time on the road with our connectivity solutions. Our load board is updated in real time. We encourage our drivers to use the Motive App for their daily driver logs rather than paper logs. This makes it easier to turn in all of your "paperwork" on time.

TRAINING AND ADVANCEMEMENT

There is always room to grow at Team DriveAway!! Once you have met our initial requirements, you may qualify to move up through our driving divisions. Move from NON CDL to Singles or from Singles to Decking. The higher the driving division, the more load options are available to you! *Specific licenses and endorsements are required for certain driving divisions.
